Welcome to Etsy AI Genie, an AI-powered assistant designed exclusively for Etsy sellers (“the Service”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use. By accessing or using the Service, you agree you have the legal authority to bind your business and accept these Terms.
7‑day refund window: Request a refund within 7 days of your initial payment, and we’ll refund the full amount of that payment, whether monthly or annual.
Pro-rated refunds: If we terminate your account without cause, you may receive a pro‑rated refund for any unused portion of your prepaid period. No partial refunds beyond these criteria.
You confirm you are at least 14 years old (or emancipated or with guardian consent). Only humans may create accounts—automated or bot-generated registrations are prohibited. You must personally sign up for the Service; sharing or transferring credentials is not allowed. Account security is your responsibility. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or breach.
Recurring billing occurs each month or year on the date corresponding to your signup or the nearest available day. Cancel at least 24 hours before the next billing cycle to avoid renewal charges. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method. You must supply valid and updated payment information. Failed payment attempts constitute a material breach.
You are responsible for all actions taken under your account. Our Service is meant to support Etsy compliance—we do not guarantee listings will pass Etsy’s own policies or algorithm filters. Misuse (e.g. generating policy-violating content) may result in account suspension. Email us to appeal false flags.
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause. We may suspend or permanently delete inactive accounts (e.g. no login for 12+ months). If you cancel timely, your access continues till the end of the pre-paid period.
You retain full ownership of all content you create (listings, text, generated assets). By using the Service, you grant us a non-exclusive license to process, store, and, if needed, display your content. We reserve rights to anonymized, aggregated data for service improvement.
We collect limited personal data (e.g. name, email, invoice information, generated content) to operate the Service. We do not sell your data—data usage is aligned with core functionality. Refer to our Privacy Policy for full details.
You agree not to publicly disparage our service, team, or content. We—restricted to our officers and directors—also agree not to disparage your business. Breach triggers a liquidated damage fee of $5,000 USD per violation, acknowledging the difficulty of quantifying reputational harm.
For Canadian users: disputes governed by courts in British Columbia. For U.S./Canada sellers: binding individual arbitration applies unless an opt‑out is filed. Class action and representative suits are waived to the fullest extent permitted.
We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee results. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages—even if advised of the possibility. Our total liability is capped at the amount you paid in the prior 12 months.
We can modify these Terms at any time. Users will be notified and continued use constitutes acceptance. Price changes equally apply to new and existing users after notice.
