Free users can generate up to 30 AI replies per month.
Plus users are allowed up to 1000 AI replies per month.
Pro users enjoy an increased limit of 8000 AI replies per month, ideal for high-volume sellers.
You’ll see a notice and won’t be able to generate more replies until the next month (or you upgrade your plan).
Your monthly usage is shown right after login, under “Replies Left This Month”.
Click on the "AI REPLY" or "Regenerate" button is counted as one reply.
No, this extension only works on the desktop version of Google Chrome.
Mobile browsers like Safari, Firefox, or even mobile Chrome are not supported.
Please open Etsy AI Genie on a computer using Google Chrome to use all features properly.
Click “Forgot Password?” on the login screen to receive a reset email.
You can disable the extension by right-clicking the extension icon in your browser toolbar and selecting “Remove from Chrome” or by turning it off in the extensions settings page (chrome://extensions).
You can cancel your subscription anytime through Lemon Squeezy by following these steps:
1. Open the confirmation email from Lemon Squeezy (usually titled “Your Etsy AI Genie Subscription”).
2. Click the “Manage your subscription” button at the bottom of the email.
3. This will take you to your Lemon Squeezy dashboard. Click “Cancel subscription” to stop your plan.
4. If you can't find the email, go to https://app.lemonsqueezy.com/my-orders and enter your email to manage your subscription.

To switch from Pro Plan to Plus Plan, follow these steps:
1. Open the confirmation email from Lemon Squeezy (titled “Your Etsy AI Genie Subscription”).
2. Click the “Manage your subscription” button at the bottom.
3. On your Lemon Squeezy dashboard, click “Cancel subscription” to stop your Pro plan.
4. Then, go to our Plus Plan subscription page to subscribe again.
Once you’ve subscribed to Plus, your plan will automatically update in the extension.
If it doesn't update right away, try logging out and back in.
